The candidate should have 2-4 years employment related immigration experience. Should preferably have 2+ years of substantial business immigration experience with a wide range of NIV (E, H, L & O) and IV (PERM & EB-1) matters. Experience doing work for large consulting companies is preferred. Must also have excellent case management, research and writing skills, top quality work product, a commitment to exceptional client service, an interest in business development efforts, and will work well within a team. Home State Bar license is required.
