Job Description

The Senior Analyst of Corporate Events position is part of the Enterprise Corporate Events team, a division of the Marketing department. Our mission is to create and execute innovative brand experiences for our business partners and customers that foster growth, retention and reflect our corporate goals and objectives. This individual will be responsible for managing meetings, trade shows and sponsorships within the Center of Excellence.

Day to day, this individual will work with key business stakeholders to establish and implement results-based programs and innovative initiatives for the corporate events area, under general supervision, with a focus on delivering best in class events that help influence our constituents, industry and grow our brand.

This person will apply in-depth knowledge of the corporate events field to offer feedback for decisions and innovation strategies that enhance organizational growth and visibility, while ensuring our teams' services are consistent across all projects.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 43,700

Maximum: 100,000

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

3 years of meeting management with internal and external customers

Travel required:

In a post-Covid environment this position will require approximately 25%-50% travel including nights and weekends. Must be able to carry and lift heavy objects up to 35 lbs. Must have a valid driver's license to rent cars.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cvent expertise (RFP, website development, overall management, communications, reporting)

• CMP certification

• Cvent Certification

Education

• Bachelor's Degree required
