Office Services Clerk
The candidate should be highly motivated, possess excellent organizational and time management skills, display a keen eye for detail, and work effectively in a team environment. Duties of this position include supervising all aspects of the department to include work requests are completed in a timely manner and workload is prioritized with other team member in the department, mail sorting and delivery, set up and clean-up of meeting rooms, stocking and cleanup of kitchen areas, document copying, maintenance of supply inventory, relieve receptionist for breaks and lunch, and special projects as assigned. This position requires two (2) years' experience in in a general office services role, preferably in a law firm environment. Qualified candidates must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Outlook in addition to excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of IManage/FileSite is highly desired. The ideal candidate must be able to assist with office and technology related moves and lift up to 30 lbs. without accommodation. Additional requirements include a strong ability to prioritize projects/tasks, and work independently and efficiently under pressure, as well as punctuality and reliability.
