IP Practice Assistant
The candidate will effectively manage dockets of assigned attorneys, working closely with timekeepers to ensure all deadlines are met on a daily basis. Will assist with compiling filings and electronically filing with the PTO. Maintain accurate paper and electronic files in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. Open and flag correspondence for docketing. Draft client correspondence and prepare status reports as needed. Associate's degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have 3+ years of relevant trademark prosecution experience. Familiarity with patent prosecution preferred. Significant experience with PTO filing procedures required.
