Have experience working in a law firm, insurance company, or corporate legal department advising employers on worker’s compensation matters. Driven to execute and to act quickly. Process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness. Have strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders. Experience going to trial and hearings in Worker’s Compensation matters. Have experience working in cross-functional teams.
