Their dedication to serving our clients each day is what makes Fiserv one of the most admired companies in the world.' - Jeffery Yabuki, President and Chief Executive OfficerAbout the Role:This position will be instrumental in the day to day administration of the equity plans, the cash bonus plan, the deferred compensation plan, and may also be involved in key ad hoc projects, as needed.  This role has high visibility throughout the organization and is at a corporate level working with individuals across all functions of the company.Reporting Relationships: Reports to:  Compensation ManagerEssential Job Responsibilities:  Assignments will vary from detailed Excel analytical work to assisting with reporting and/or PowerPoint presentations for individuals at all levels in the organization up to and including Executive Committee.  Responsibilities may extend to include HR business partner support.   Long-Term and Annual Incentive Plan AdministrationAssist with the annual equity grant and vesting activities, including working closely with our third party administrator and with Payroll to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with tax withholdings Support Executive Compensation team with analysis to assist in the compilation of Compensation Committee of Board of Directors meeting materials. Support flawless execution of SEC reporting (Form 4s, Proxy statement, etc.) Assist with the administration of the Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan Responsible for the reconciliation of the annual cash bonus plan earned amounts. Support HR business partners and business units with equity and annual incentive plan information to support the retention of critical talent and delivery of business results.Business SupportWork closely with the HR leaders to determine analysis needs.Provide support to the HRBPs by performing regular and ad hoc reportingThis role will provide an opportunity to begin to build a network of professional contacts.The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job, and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field preferred or 3 years work experienceJob Related Experience:Three or more years of experience with strong analytical and/or financial emphasis; experience in a large, highly matrixed organization is a plusKnowledge/Skills AbilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to clearly present concepts for the intended audiences.Must display a high level of proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Advanced Excel skills are highly desirable (pivot tables formatting, formulas)Ability to plan, organize, and schedule own work in order to complete multiple tasks within assigned timeframesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and ability to deliver accurate and high quality data analysisAbility to work with moderate level of tolerance to ambiguityEffective  time  management  skills  that  will  ensure  delivery  of  information  in  the  required timeframesExcellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence to interact with all levels within the organization; communicate analytical findings and project work concisely and confidentlyDemonstrated ability to think laterally with high level of tenacity to solve problems relating to Compensation related dataDiscrete. Ability to keep information confidentialSelf-driven with high levels of initiativeAbility to prioritize requests and negotiate timeframes for deliverables from different stakeholdersFamiliarity with Workday a plusTravel Required:NoneWork Environment:Office environment, at a desk
