This role has high visibility throughout the organization and is at a corporate level working with individuals across all functions of the company.Reporting Relationships: Reports to: Compensation ManagerEssential Job Responsibilities: Assignments will vary from detailed Excel analytical work to assisting with reporting and/or PowerPoint presentations for individuals at all levels in the organization up to and including Executive Committee. Responsibilities may extend to include HR business partner support. Long-Term and Annual Incentive Plan AdministrationAssist with the annual equity grant and vesting activities, including working closely with our third party administrator and with Payroll to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with tax withholdings Support Executive Compensation team with analysis to assist in the compilation of Compensation Committee of Board of Directors meeting materials. Support flawless execution of SEC reporting (Form 4s, Proxy statement, etc.) Assist with the administration of the Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan Responsible for the reconciliation of the annual cash bonus plan earned amounts.
