Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for guiding Full Stack Developers in end-to-end ownership of projects across the entire stack. Oversee the build of products with web frameworks, application programming interfaces, databases, and multiple backend languages. Solve challenges that impact both the front-end and backend architecture, while delivering global customer experiences. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Manages multiple teams of professionals.
Provides leadership and direction to large/complex teams in the same business function.
Implements strategy; leads and translates approaches to highly complex issues.
Uses quantitative/financial information to assess, manage, improve, and report business performance.
