Corporate Associate – M&A and Securities
The candidate should have 3+ years of relevant transactional experience, preferably in a large law firm. Should have experience in M&A transactions and the ability to support others on a wide variety of deals - particularly M&A and private equity deals; the ability to draft M&A transaction documents; experience with corporate due diligence projects; the ability to manage complex transactions to closing; and familiarity with corporate governance principles. Experience with scalable startup companies and venture capital financings is also preferable. Should have excellent academic credentials.
