Director, Talent Development Technology & Events

The candidate will provide strategic leadership and operational execution of learning technology worldwide. Will analyze current learning technology and sources and implement improvements to ensure technology is optimized for the learner experience. Introduces new technology to complement and support learning priorities. Ensures continual enhancement to both content and user experience of all learner technology. Oversees the management of our learning vendor relationships, including proactively seeking out, negotiating with, and onboarding new vendors who can provide innovative learning programs. Provides leadership to and execution of learning data and analytics, including ensuring reporting is accurate, and timely, and providing valuable insights to be used for strategic decision-making. Proactively measures and assesses the impact of learning technology and learning events, and uses data to present insights and recommendations. Oversees the design and delivery of best-in-class global learning events, primarily virtually but with some in-person elements anticipated in the future. Continually research identifies and implements new technologies and tools to enhance learning offerings. Providing supportive people led to a small and geographically diverse team.
