Maintenance Technician II Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Profile

Essential Functions: Performs electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting and refrigeration operations including, but not limited to installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining commercial and industrial equipment. Performs regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. Responds to work requests by performing and completing general facilities repairs in a timely manner. Maintains and repairs various machinery and equipment. Maintains a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and wearing protective equipment as required. Performs routine checks and evaluates necessary maintenance to the facilities. Provides recommendations for facilities improvements.Maintains and organizes spare parts and consumables.Performs minor construction and installation of fixtures and accessories.Trains internal team members.Responds quickly in the event of an emergency, notifying appropriate personnel and following safety protocols. Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.\u00A0Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of three (3) years of experience in facilities maintenance and repairs.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a building maintenance field required (i.e., electrical, carpentry, plumbing).Pay: $22.00-$24.00/ hour
