Corporate Counsel- Hybrid

The candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing advice and support principally related to a wide variety of commercial and strategic agreements, including the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial sales and supply contracts, development agreements, and collaboration agreements. Will provide leadership and legal advice on a range of legal and compliance matters, including government contracts, data privacy, antitrust, marketing and promotions, global trade compliance, and anti-corruption. Conduct legal research, as needed. Lead, anticipate, and drive solutions for a range of legal and business issues. Provide advice regarding customer and other commercial/business disputes. Monitor contract review compliance. Review, develop, implement, communicate, and enforce policies and procedures. Implement, use and manage contract management tools and other technology adopted by the Legal Department and train clients as appropriate. Draft and improve contract templates, training materials, and department website content. Provide support for strategic corporate transactions.
