Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Associate to join its Real Estate Practice Group in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or Voorhees, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate matters and be admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars.

Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents.
• Manage due diligence processes, including title and survey review.
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and development projects.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate matters.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars.
• Judicial clerkship experience is desired.

Education

• Strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars.
