We are currently seeking attorneys with outstanding credentials and qualifications to join our Technology & IP Transactions group. Our primary need is for attorneys who have four to six years of experience with technology and IP-intensive transactions or other relevant experience. Associates in our Technology & IP Transactions practice have the opportunity to work on a wide range of the transactions, both domestic and international, that Kirkland handles for public and private companies. These matters include mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, outsourcing (information technology and business processes), strategic alliances, software and systems (development and licensing), R&D and technology transfer, biotechnology agreements, and licenses (patent, trademark, copyright, and data/databases).
