The Subscription Services team is a culmination of individuals who are passionate about customer loyalty committed to bringing the right people together with the intention of securing and growing our revenue. The Evergreen Subscription Services team is responsible for closely working with Sales, Finance, and Support while managing subscriptions, co-terms for up-sell opportunities, and supporting the company’s strategic subscription renewal strategy & process.

The

Manager, Subscription Services

will have the responsibility to lead a team of high performing sales individuals helping them achieve near and long term growth targets for renewals. Your ability to lead a team and drive business processes will contribute to the team’s mutual success.

In this role you will:

Grow Theatre business YoY (dictated by company goals)

Drive Up-sell and Cross-sell with 20% attach rate (VP criteria)

Actively and accurately report forecast pipeline and performance

Build, manage, lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve near and long term growth targets

Conduct weekly 1:1 check-ins with direct reports to build continuous cadence, build morale, and any additional actions required

Bi-yearly reviews of the team performance

Act as the first line of customer escalation in-region

Identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve sales process, efficiency, and productivity across the renewals organization

Actively partner with cross-functional teams to drive deal closure

Manage up and down to strategically connect the team goal with the bigger picture at the Org and Company level

Understand KPIs and build stories with the data

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

2 years or demonstrated leadership experience in a supervisory team lead role

Prior experience with subscription services a plus

Strong interpersonal skills / team player

High integrity, ethics and humility

Ability to build and maintain credibility with all cross functional teams

Industry knowledge preferred

Highly organized / strong time management skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Self-starter and ambitiously pursues improvement

Solid Salesforce aptitude

Advanced computer skills required (e.g. Excel, MS Access, SQL queries)

Organizational and follow up skills, problem solving and analytical skills

Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment

The annual base salary range is: $107,800 - $162,400. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
