Engineering Planner ( Level 2) : B-2 Program
Provide Military Aircraft Systems (Aerospace Engineering Organizations) support to B-2 Integrated Product Teams(IPTs). Emphasis is on ability to manage, monitor, and review engineering labor costs, operational budgets, ETCs, and manpower requirements. The successful candidate is to provide assistance to IPT Control Account Managers (CAMs) by: Developing and coordinating cost/schedule integrated Control Account Plans (CAPs) and Work Packages (WPs), monitoring the value of work performed, analyzing performance metrics, formulate and recommend corrective action measures (such as schedule revisions and budget adjustments), and develop variance analysis report (VAR) dialogs with corrective action plans. The position will also provide participation in proposal preparation for future B-2 contract efforts. A Secret Clearance and Special Program access will be requested for the person in this position. The B-2 stealth bomber is the flagship of the nation's long-range strike arsenal, and one of the most survivable aircraft in the world. A range of upgrade programs including installation of an advanced radar are improving the B-2's lethality; its ability to collect, process and disseminate battlefield information with joint force commanders and its ability to receive updated target information during a mission.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and a minimum 3 years experience in Program Management and Earned Value Management or MBA with a minimum 1 year experience in Program and Earned Value Management. Must have knowledge of MS Office suite. U.S. Citienship Required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with Micro-Frame Program Manager (MPM), Business Warehouse, and wInsight are preferred. Current DoD Secret Clearance.
