Responsibilities

The Director represents the scope of health plan/provider relationship across such areas as financial performance, incentive programs, quality and clinical management, population health, data sharing, connectivity, documentation and coding, HEDIS and STARs performance, operational improvements and other areas as they relate to provider performance, member experience, market growth, provider experience and operational excellence. Decisions are typically related to the implementation of new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes, and implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance. Provides input into functions strategy.

Required Qualifications

5 years provider relationship experience

5 years Provider Contracting

5 years of management experience

Bachelor's Degree

Working experience in California delegated market.

Strong relationship building skills

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications

Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree

Prior work experience in the health solutions industry with demonstrated success directing and leading teams

Proficiency in quality improvement processes, analyzing and interpreting financial trends

Additional Information

Requires 50% travel
