Responsibilities

The Provider Installation/Contract Load Professional provides support to provider accounts, primarily focused on South Carolina Medicaid, by responding to inquiries and resolves issues of concern. Acts as liaison between contract loaders, market contractors and national network operations regarding provider data and processes. Collaborates with market to gain understanding of what is needed to provide accurate data.

The core hours are Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm, but could include overtime as needed to support the business.

This can be a work at home position as long as you are within 1.5 hours of the office in Louisville, KY or Green Bay, WI to attend meetings/trainings as needed.

Required Qualifications

Provider/client installation experience

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to analyze and interpret data/information

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Must commit to working within the department for minimum of eighteen (18) months

Work at Home/Remote Requirements

Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings

Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite, wireless and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of claims processing

Provider Contract Load knowledge

Apex, PIMS, CAS, and MTV
