Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaboration Services is accountable for elevating the end user experience with the optimal delivery and integration of end user digital capabilities and services. For Information Technology, the Collaboration Services Digital Capability Manager delivers global digital capabilities for collaboration and end user productivity through key strategic partnerships across multiple company sites, geographies and business models to ensure consistent quality of service, achievement of goals with a strong focus on the overall user experience. Internal Social Network Services covers ideation technologies, social network technologies (Yammer), Survey and Polling, Time and Scheduling, and Presentation Technologies.

Summary:

Accountable for the delivery of all related collaboration digital capabilities throughout their entire lifecycle and support services through key strategic partnerships

Accountable for delivering all related digital capabilities and support services within agreed service level targets

Accountable for providing collaboration services domain expertise for the implementation of digital capabilities and support services

Accountable for managing relationships by representing Collaboration Services organization around the company, communicating effectively, exerting influence with authority and developing relationships with internal stakeholders and key strategic partners

Accountable for maximizing the overall end user experience by demonstrating a relentless passion for continuous improvement and process optimization to improve the quality of overall user experience

Accountable to drive and execute IT strategy and goals for all site related digital capabilities and support services, taking into consideration global market conditions

Accountable for the promotion of standards, by overseeing compliance, legal, regulatory and audit related activities related to site and end user support services and adhering to best practices including project management principles and enforcing ITIL standards

Accountable to direct, assign, and participate in global projects as required while working within the BMS project management framework and methodologies

As a Collaboration Services Digital Capability Manager for their respective technology or capability work effectively in a matrix organization to achieve mutually agreed results

As a Digital Capability Manager align vendor strategy with BMS capability roadmap for implementation, management and support.

As a Digital Capability Manager manage costs for their respective technology and business models in partnership with key finance counterparts

As a Digital Capability Manager, develop knowledge and capabilities of direct/in-direct team members or otherwise matrixed

Skills/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent

Key Skills/Experience/Education/Certifications

IT Service Management skills, knowledge and preferably certification(s)

Demonstrated experience in executing and managing operational KPIs and Metrics

Skilled in analyzing processes and implement continuous improvement

Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment while balancing demand

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholders

Demonstrated ability working across a matrixed organizational model

Prior experience in Information Technology Site and End User Services
