The Agency Sales Recruiter (ASR) at COUNTRY Financial is responsible for partnering with field leadership to build and execute on a strategy to find qualified talent for our Financial Representative in aligned district(s). The FSR will develop effective recruitment strategies for current and future field needs and implement a variety of sourcing techniques to build a qualified and diverse candidate pool. Individual will be responsible for assisting Agency Managers in the recruitment process including sourcing, attraction and selection for financial representative opportunities as well as delivering training and best practices to Agency Managers / AOAs in regards to talent attraction and our recruiting/selection process.
The ASR will act as a recruiting ambassador / consultant to aligned Agency Managers by providing recruiting and employment related support in the achievement of district and regional sales workforce objectives.
The person in this role develops and administers staffing/employment/recruiting programs. Works with hiring manager to understand requirements of job openings for open requisition(s). Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. Promotes the company image to candidates, external service providers and through social media. Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Pre-screens resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools. Initiates the interview process and provides feedback and recommendations to hiring managers. Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers. May conduct employment background checks. Works with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment activities. May provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources. May develop, support and maintain college recruiting and career development programs. May also assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys. Works with recruiting systems.

Hiring manager interaction:
Partners with hiring managers to set clear expectations of the recruiting process and conduct strong needs assessment to successfully fill open positions.
Identifies and establishes effective networks, tools and resources to attract top talent. ·
Conducts effective candidate assessment ranging from resume screening, leveraging testing tools, to interviewing.
Experience in internal or external sales and customer service.
Experience working and collaborating in a team environment.
Experience with Candidate Relationship Management tool(s) (CRM).
Experience with Applicant Tracking System(s) (ATS).
Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of human resources, recruiting, marketing, insurance industry or related experience OR,
Master's degree and no experience OR,
At least 4 years of human resources, recruiting, marketing, insurance industry or related experience.
Normal office environment.
Work may extend beyond normal business hours as business needs dictate.
