Aon is looking for a Business Services Specialist Manager As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions group within Aon Risk Solutions in Chicago, IL. Your Impact As A Business Services Specialist Manager Job Responsibilities:Primarily responsible for managing individuals who are responsible for providing professional services and administrative support to internal Aon stakeholdersActively leads those responsible for the management of relationships with relevant stakeholders including colleagues, trading partners, and clients. Services may be in the areas including, but not limited to, administrative support, security, process management, business continuity, sourcing, vendor and travel management.Responsibilities will including ensuring the Business Services Specialists will provide high level service and assistance to clients and fellow co-workers both inside and outside of immediate team.Communicates in person and through correspondence with contacts inside and outside the company such as insurers, clients, and senior leadership.Schedules meetings for team, including arrangement of meeting location, agenda preparation, coordination of technology and printed materials as requested. Using knowledge of the department's procedures, prepares routine correspondence, documentation, forms, notices, or statistical reports. Maintains database information to ensure accurate tracking of client insurance program details.Ensuring that the team maintains electronic client files in an organized fashion, including email correspondence, following standard filing naming conventions.Coordinates invoicing and billing issues with Business Service SpecialistsAssists in research, testing, and/or implementation of revised standardized procedures.May reconcile/coordinate reports with other departments as needed.Works with broker managers to keep client renewal lists up to date; assists broking team with client submission process to ensure applications and other required materials are requested from the underwriters.When requested, sets up presentation templates  for National Management  for strategic meetings and eventsOversees the accurate and timely processing of premium invoices; coordinates with ACS and broking to reconcile and resolve invoicing discrepancies.Works with National management to ensure compliance with KPIs including PITD You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience: Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, exceptional organizational skills, ability to make and communicate difficult decisions.At least  5 - 7 year of previous professional experience is requiredAny experience with financial lines insurance brokerage and/or underwriting experience with a concentration on Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices, Fiduciary, Crime and Special Risk is a plus.Effective working knowledge of carrier underwriting practices & processes.Proven leadership skills in working with teams and ability to work with clients and to successfully exceed client expectations.Proven client facing skills including effective presentations & communications.Proven organization and ability to work with others.Experience in resource deployment and utilization management.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various levels.Successfully operates in a fast-paced driven environment that requires the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products. Education:Bachelor’s degree required How we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
