Should have a J.D. degree. Must have 3-6 years of experience. Should have strong experience with commercial real estate law, focusing primarily on real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. Should ideally have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently. Must be admitted to the PA Bar.
