Job Summary

Responsible for leading a team of specialist(s); manages all personnel, databases, and relationships related to AMT's integrated programs for Comcast, NBCUniversal, and Universal Orlando. Oversees and manages projects and key initiatives that support workplace accommodations, disability, and leave programs, systems, and processes to address the business needs of our client groups. Responsible for cultivating and maintaining a collaborative relationship with HR Business Partners, Compliance, Vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of the day-to-day activities of Comcast's disability, accommodations, and leave administration. The Absence Management Supervisor will focus on enhancing the employee experience before, during, and after leave. As well as using effective change management concepts and tools to drive process excellence, standardization, and harmonization across the enterprise.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Oversees and manages all systems, data, and activities to ensure production and quality expectations meet or exceed all department requirements. Ensures that all Company-related leave and accommodation administration processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Serves as a subject matter expert and resource; may handle routine and critically escalated inquiries from vendors and clients.

Establish a cadence to partner with various stakeholders (COEs) & field HR business partners to ensure a strong client experience. Use data to drive consultative conversations around process improvements, design enhancements, and operational efficienciesto improve vendorand employeeexperiences/processes.

Consults with Specialist individually or in group sessions to train on new or altered policies and procedures or newly implemented programs affecting HR (locally, regionally, and nationally).

Monitors trends in utilization of disability/LOA program and provides input for plan and policy changes and/or improvement.

Answers questions and recommends corrective resolutions to address employee and/or customer issues, complaints and inquiries. Responds to and complies with any internal/external investigations, audits, and assessments and participates in and adheres to corrective actions.

Conducts case &data integrity reviews to ensure that production and quality expectations are being met, providing timely feedback and coaching to ensure performance metrics are being met or exceeded; observes employee demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to Company policies; conducts ongoing observations of program performance and identifies training needs.

Mentors staff to maximize performance and potential.

Adheres to and participates in Company's mandatory HIPAA privacy program/practices and Business Ethics and Compliance programs/practices.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Stays up to date on benefits laws and regulations, such as FML, Short- & Long-term disability, and ADAAA (Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act).

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Pay Range: $46,415.13 to $104,434.03

Bachelor's Degree

Salary:

Pay Range: $58,018.91 - $87,028.36

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
