Employment Research Institute is looking for a User Interface Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience, with a focus on dashboard design and UI development. The application will be an applicant tracking system in the recruiting industry and you will be responsible for building the backend dashboard and layout of all the features and functionality within the dashboard, and building a front end website for the product / company as well. You will also be working on various other design projects within the organization utilizing the following skills:
Experience creating User Interfaces for desktop, mobile platforms and dashboard UI designs, including strong knowledge in responsive design practices and execution.
Prior experience with Dashboard Style UI designs is preferred
Up-to-date with the latest UI and UX trends, techniques, best practices, and technologies.
Familiarity with user-centered design, usability principles and techniques.
Experience in translating user research and usability test findings into iterative product solutions.
Expertise in building interactive prototypes to illustrate your design for web sites and mobile apps using modern technologies, including quick prototyping tools.
Fluency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Knowledge of prototyping tools and process tools for design deliverable hand-offs.
Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Experience working within multidisciplinary teams of Managers, Marketing, Engineers, and Management-level stakeholders to implement and present designs.
The ability to both lead and execute visual design efforts.
