Your role in helping us shape the future:
U.S. News & World Report is looking to hire a highly driven, hands-on Category Manager to join the fast 360 Reviews team. This commercial role has responsibility for multiple marketplace verticals, partner relationships and driving conversions through optimization.
Revenue accountability and responsibility to drive growth and expansion of multiple existing and new categories.

This person will be an integral part of the success and ongoing growth of 360 Reviews and report to our Sr Director of Partnerships.
Are you up to the challenge?
Drive short and long term revenue and margin growth through cross functional optimization and innovation.
Develop new brand partnerships, strengthen existing relationships, drive increased yield across a set of defined partners.
Identify, socialize, and execute new business initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and launch new product categories
Unique opportunity in a high visibility, dynamic, strategic part of the business
Work with cross-functional teams to drive optimization and growth
You will create impact at scale for our audience
You should definitely have:
5+ years of business experience; prior experience managing multiple partner relationships with well known brands
Experience working in online consumer acquisition.
Understanding of lead generation business models, products, and strategies.
Knowledge of content marketing and product reviews
Experience working with partners to drive product and conversion optimization
Proven track record of working with and/or leading cross functional teams.
Results driven: Ability to identify and understand key business drivers, set meaningful goals, track and drive progress towards results.
Strong communicator and influencer: Ability to effectively communicate to and influence across different audiences; partners, team, collaborators, executives, etc.
Entrepreneurial spirit: Ability and desire to actively seek out change, continually question how things are done, and not be afraid to make changes.
Creative and resourceful: Ability to draw upon and leverage past learnings and observations in finding opportunities to solve problems and drive growth
Quick to learn: Ability to manage multiple partners with varying needs while coordinating with various internal teams
Never quit mentality: Ability to pursue and run with multiple initiatives, driving them to completion simultaneously
