Services, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Building

and Construction team.

of capabilities both in the lab and on site. From testing, inspection and certification

The

Administrative/Sales Assistant will support the Building and Construction business by

providing administrative and sales support to management staff in our Kansas City, KS office.**This is a part-time role.  

 

Duties

include:

General office administration

Typing reports and correspondence

Report generation

Responsible

for accurate and timely data entry into Intertek systems to enable client

contact details and activity reports to be created.Timely and professional report preparation

leveraging both operational and systems data.Email and phone communication with assigned

established clients to ensure their queries are being routed through operations

accordingly.Email communication with global operations to

ensure appropriate account metrics are being captured and relayed as needed.Assist with the preparation and formatting of Power Point material.Assist with preparation for BD onsite client

visits.','!*!Requirements:

2 years’ experience in an office/sales environment

Must have excellent organizational

skills

Able to work in a fast-paced

environment

Ability to communicate professionally

with good customer service skills

Professional appearance and phone

etiquette

Attention to detail and follow up to

project tasksExperience with Power Point is a plus

Proof of Clean Driving Record
