This program “launches” the Aon careers of our campus hires in various full-time positions across the company. We provide risk transfer, claims advocacy and capital management solutions to help our re/insurers company clients reduce volatility and build more resilient businesses, governments and communities.Your Impact as An Account RepresentativeYou will help deliver innovative, effective solutions to clients as part of an industry-leading Reinsurance business development group. Account Representative colleagues help clients understand, manage and transfer risk through innovative solutions. The role is immediately client-facing, offering exposure to high-level executives and decision-makers at clients and reinsurance providers. Representatives work on multiple accounts as part of a larger broker team which requires strong communication and collaboration skills. Candidates will develop comprehensive reinsurance market and industry knowledge while working on a variety of lines of business. Over time, colleagues will have increasing opportunities for domestic and international travel to client and reinsurer meetings and to take on expanded roles in developing strategic and innovative solutions for clients.Job Responsibilities:Support broking teams in servicing reinsurance clients, including developing innovative solutions, leading consulting projects, and strategic advice to address client needsCommunicate with and participate in reinsurer meetings and discussions regarding client program placementsPrepare formal reinsurance submission materials and executive-facing presentationsAssist in the technical analysis of client informationCollaborate with various supporting teams within our Reinsurance Solution such as catastrophe modeling, actuarial and contract wording to bring the best of Aon to clientsParticipate and successfully complete the Launch training programWhat are we looking for?Collaborators, Critical Thinkers, Problem Solvers, Team Players, Effective Communicators, Relationship Builders and Future Leaders.Aon’s San Francisco Reinsurance team has a focus on team culture, colleague support and prioritizing individual’s strengths for the success of our clients and Aon.
