Case Manager

The candidate will manage a full caseload of workers’ compensation claims including reviewing and responding to all claim developments. Communicate with the Department of Labor and Industries including protesting adverse orders, responding to information requests, and advocating for the client in full capacity. Assist clients with all workers’ compensation issues and be the primary contact for designated clients. Work closely with attorneys to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
