Corporate (Capital Markets) Associate (Mid-to-Senior-Level)
The candidate will have 3 – 6 years of experience. Should have experience in representing issuers, underwriters, and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on public offerings, private placements, and other securities offerings, with a particular emphasis on equity offerings. Experience representing public companies in ’34 Act work and corporate governance work are a plus.
