The candidate will perform duties include : Review and adjust legal invoices ensuring compliance standards meet Arch litigation guidelines for accuracy of billing entries and receipt of supporting documentation; Review, research, and respond to billing questions and invoice reduction appeal requests directly from law firms and alternative legal service providers; Apply necessary and appropriate bill deductions when required; Communicate invoice discrepancies and issues concerning attorney/firm rates, delays in billing, and all entry irregularities to team members; Collaborate with team members to control litigation cost; Maintain invoicing checklist to ensure all billable projects are addressed; Provide assistance to Claims Examiners with navigating LSS system invoice review process and Perform minor legal research, docket searches, and pull documentation.
