Description

The Informaticist 2 coordinates with other analytics, IT and business areas across the organization to ensure work is completed with insights from knowledge SMEs. The Informaticist 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities

HCPR or Humana Clinical Pharmacy Review is the business unit responsible for reviewing all pharmacy claims that require special review for things like a prior authorization, step therapy, or a non-formulary drug.

This position will support the HCPR business unit by providing analytic services like building Power BI dashboards and performing a variety of ad-hoc analysis.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

At least 1 year experience in a similar role

Ability to use appropriate problem solving, research and analysis tools

Coding Experience (SAS, SQL, etc)

Strong attention to detail

Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications

Excellent written and verbal communication

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Advanced Degree

Pharmacy Claims Experience
