Description

The Principal, Cloud Service Management enables cloud to provide optimal performance, continuity and efficiency in virtualized, on-demand environments. The Principal, Cloud Service Management provides strategic advice and guidance to functional team(s). Highly skilled with broad, advanced technical experience.

Responsibilities

This position's focus is on cloud services value management, uplifting Humana's ability to describe value and govern the investment outcomes accordingly. It enables cloud to provide optimal performance for Humana and to orchestrate provisioning of resources.

Responsibilities will include:

Close collaboration with Corporate Strategy, IT Risk, and Finance to ensure that the value Humana seeks can be captured, is meaningful, can be monetized (if appropriate), and supports the emerging Value Management Governance.

You will partner with peers and leadership to define acceptable, measurable value drivers and ensure requestors can articulate investment values.

Facilitate Experience Design decisions in the context of Humana's Technology Service Catalog's Value Management

Coach application teams on value articulation

Build value management competency within the organization

Works with senior executives to develop and drive segment or enterprise-wide functional strategies.

Advises one or more areas, programs or functions and provides recommendations to senior executives on matters of significance, and as an advanced subject matter expert competent to work at very high levels in multiple knowledge and functional areas across the enterprise.

Job Requirements/Qualifications

a Bachelor's degree

7 years Digital Product Design and Management

7 years of SDLC, including cloud and Agile

2 years of coaching and mentoring

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences and obtaining value from cloud

Job Preferences:

Master's or Doctorate's degree

Organizational Change Management

Structured coaching experience

Additional Information:

For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated (preferred) or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.
