Senior Manager - Corporate Investigations

The candidate manages employees and/or first-level managers who conduct workplace investigations (Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Information Protection, and Safety Investigations) and provide advice, analysis and guidance on the application of company ethics policies. Develops and executes integrated departmental and organization strategies and plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental and organizational business and technical strategies, goals and objectives. Acquires resources for department activities and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Manages, develops and motivates employees and/or first-level managers. Bachelor’s degree or higher degree is required. Advanced degree (Juris Doctorate, MBA, etc.) is preferred. Should have 3+ years of experience in leading teams and team development. Should have 3+ years of experience leading EEO investigations. Should preferably have 5+ years of experience leading EEO investigations. Prior management experience is preferred. Active member of Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) is preferred. Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Certification or other ethics and/or compliance certification is a plus.
