Will have exact knowledge of all contracts and licensing, ensuring that they are maintained and renewed timely. Additional responsibilities include tracking company insurance, fleet vehicles, legal matters and related administrative tasks required of the executive team. Must have a bachelor’s degree in business, public administration or related field and 3+ years of corporate contract compliance experience. Paralegal certificate and notary public preferred. Must have effective written and verbal communication skills. Should have Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or closely related field.
