The candiadte will Answer product inquiries and limited customer service. Respond to regular/routine customer inquiries regarding products and services of the organization. Communicate professionally with clients as a customer service representative (phone/email). Process mail and ship packages daily. Should have a High school diploma or general education degree from an accredited institution. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of programs. Proficiency with multiple software applications is preferred. Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills are preferred.
