Job Summary

The Production Associate, Digital Media Services Creative Production will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Digital Media Services Creative Production department to support the timeliness and efficiency of video production. Collaborates with Production Managers and creative production team on projects and campaigns. Coordinate and handle logistics for video shoots and post-production. Works as crew on-set and virtual shoots for all live meeting productions and DMS video productions where needed. Assists with the operations of video shooting and editing in various formats (graphics, shooting, and editing video). Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Core Responsibilities

Provide in-house production support to content production that reaches and engages the 16,000 employees in Comcast's Northeast Division, as well as external clients in partnership with Public Relations and Government Affairs.

Responsible for providing content production solutions to meet the needs of the client, using a mix of production and creative skills while maintaining the timelines, budget, brand, messaging, and production requirements

Acts as a resource and support to the production managers and director on all creative production needs for all projects

Responsible for coordination of all aspects of production for projects and campaigns assigned

Demonstrates advanced understanding of the creative objectives of internal/external client groups

Works with internal and external resources to ensure the final content meets the full expectations of the client

Supports the day-of-shoot responsibilities for the DMS creative production team

Is a constant learner, demonstrating a continuous curiosity of industry trends, best practices, and thought-provoking creative, and then shares that knowledge with the team.

Is curious and ambitious, constantly seeking to improve skills through research and experience.

Must be willing to travel around the division regularly for live meetings and video shoots.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Ability to oversee multiple tasks and solve problems in a fast-paced environment

Relevant project and production management experience in digital video, television, or media production

Strong organizational skills and highly detail-oriented

Experience with editing software (Adobe Premier Pro) and motion graphics (Adobe After Effects) is a plus.

Education

Bachelor's Degree
