The candidate must have 6+ years of experience. Candidates with a background in drafting and negotiating complex technology transfer agreements in the Life Sciences industry working with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or medical device companies would be preferred. Should have experience in licensing, technology transfer, and other technology transactions involving intellectual property as well as in conducting due diligence for corporate transactions and technology transfers in the life sciences arena. Should also have experience in some or all of the following: collaboration agreements and intellectual property licenses (such as patent, know-how, and trademark licenses); early-stage evaluation, joint development, and other strategic alliance agreements; and distribution, supply, manufacturing, or services agreements. Should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
