The candidate will provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests from clients, advocates and medical providers via telephone, email, fax and face-to-face. Will keep record of client interactions and record details of actions taken. Process up to 50 cases daily. Schedule phone preps and reschedule no-show preps. Correspond with attorneys/advocates via telephone, email, and face-to-face. Conduct computerized medical, scientific, and technical literature research. Analyze materials and prepare synopsis. Obtain, review, organize, and analyze medical records. Build and maintain detailed client and medical files.
