Corporate Associate Attorney - Technology Transactions - Mid Level
The candidate should preferably have strong substantive knowledge of intellectual property and contract law; drafting, negotiation, and counseling experience with a wide variety of IP and technology-related transactions, including license agreements, development agreements, distribution agreements, data sharing agreements, and service agreements. Must have 2-4 years of experience. M&A experience, including conducting IP and commercial due diligence, and drafting and negotiating IP reps and warranties required. Should have strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school. Excellent written and oral communication skills are needed. Must have a strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and sense of humor.
