The candidate will be talking directly with potential new clients to determine their needs and compete thorough case analysis as part of intake. Following up with potential client leads to ascertain their needs, as well as call backs on newly obtained clients for any outstanding matters. Data entry, filing, email and client portal maintenance. Responding to client messages or emails with 24-48 hours of notification. High level of multi-tasking and attention to detail when handling and filing case information and documents. Processes payments over phone and in person. Keeping track of client payment plans, past due accounts, and daily revenue. Consistently provide exceptional customer service. Must be fluent in Spanish. Experience in Clio is a plus. Experience working in a legal setting. Experience handling personal injury cases. Experience in criminal law. Well versed in Excel spreadsheet. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
