Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Leads and coordinates portfolio budget, contract activities and develops relationships with IT delivery teams and towers. Provides expert knowledge of portfolio\/resource management methodology approaches, techniques and tools to senior management. Support portfolio management by developing and maintaining a website and several SharePoint sites; provides leadership to determine future system direction Manage IT cost by reviewing contracts, reconciling resource with SLA, and pushing back any unreasonable charges from vendors; Partners with vendors for service delivery of technology solutions. Support IT management team by setting up contractors to APM for time-charging, generate external labor expenses for Accounting department Support LO & EIF workflow by reporting resource expense details to managers Help the leadership team on ad-hoc cost saving activities Required Skills: IT experience \u2013 Web or Database Development E Experience in Project \/ Portfolio management is required Sharepoint experience is required. Qualifications Portfolio Coordinator : Requires BA\/BS degree in related field and 3 years professional project management experience with 2 years spent leading and directing project tasks; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Multiple trade certifications or other continuing education preferred. Accounting, financial management background preferred. Portfolio Manager: Requires BA\/BS degree; broad based experience to plan and design low to medium complex project portfolios; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Multiple trade certifications or other continuing education preferred. 5 years professional project management experience with 3 years spent leading and directing multiple project tasks preferred. Incumbent should also have an understanding of the Enterprise Annual Governing Process Life Cycle. Accounting\/Financial management background preferred Experience in both system\/website development and Accounting\/Finance is required. Experience in organizing a series of large size projects or processes. Experience in APM, Fieldglass and Ariba preferred.
