The Senior Director, Omnichannel Growth Strategy & New Business Development will lead a team responsible for the strategic development, piloting and roll-out of new digital and omnichannel initiatives and tools in support of our future retail vision. The primary objective of this team is three-fold: partner with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to define and build growth programs and the corresponding omnichannel experiences; make sure that CVS Health is building a defensible approach in health and beauty by providing the customer seamless access to products, services and other unique experiences; and lastly ensure that the proposition delivers differentiated, positive customer experiences and defined financial goals that support the broader CVS Health mission.
Effectively, the Senior Director will work with the leaders of the Retail team and Enterprise Team as they develop and implement initiatives that will each have a profound impact on the future direction and performance of the company overall.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities Include:
Develop and Lead High Performing Teams: Build and lead a diverse team of both direct reports as well as cross-functional partners including IT, Merchandising, Strategy, Inventory, and Health Services to deliver on the defined omnichannel goals and vision for the organization. Collaborate and partner with others.
Apply Customer Mindset: Help shape overall customer engagement programs in partnership with Marketing, Merchandising, and others to drive adoption and accelerate growth as we define and roll-out new concepts.
Think Strategically: Identify key strategic digital omnichannel opportunities for CVS Health and work towards cracking the case. Work closely with CVS business leaders to identify key strategic questions, scope analysis, assign resources, manage execution and report findings. You will establish well-supported solutions with specific recommendations that will enable the executive management team to make critical go/no go decisions. Oversee the evaluation of build versus partner options for experiences and lead implementation of resulting plans.
Perform and Lead Quantitative Analysis: Scope and plan any and all financial and quantitative analyses that will yield critical answers to the questions at hand related to the development of omnichannel tools and experiences as well as delivering the broader omnichannel goals for the organization. Understand the required data sets to complete the analyses and procure them accordingly. Manage the delivery of timely, zero-defect analyses, and serve as a Player/Coach in this role.
Use Critical Communication Skills & Business Reporting: Communicate effectively, both verbally and on paper, at the most senior levels of the organization. Lead the development of major presentations for senior executives. Leverage PowerPoint and other tools to create impactful, concise, and defect free slide loops.

Clinical Licensure Required
A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of Strategy and Consumer / Retail / E-commerce Experience.
A minimum of four years of post-MBA professional experience at a leading strategic consulting firm, plus two years of retail / consumer industry / E-commerce experience, OR a minimum of 6 years of strategy consulting experience in retail / consumer industry / E-commerce space.
A minimum of 5 years in Management leading high performing teams.
