Litigation Paralegal

The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Litigation Attorneys with the handling of complex and serious personal injury litigation cases. Communicating with clients regularly. Managing cases, including scheduling; preparing summons, complaints, motions, discovery responses, etc.; obtaining & summarizing medical records; trial preparation; etc. Meeting with clients and assisting with the completion of the litigation questionnaires. Supporting the attorneys with all aspects of litigation to help ensure our clients receive the maximum possible recovery for their cases. Should have 5+ years of personal injury law firm experience Should be self-motivated and able to prioritize work to ensure responsibilities are completed in an efficient and timely manner. Should have excellent organizational skills, extensive knowledge of PI-related medical issues, and experience working on complex liability and personal injury claims.
