The candidate will be assisting with and attending trial, assisting with preparation for depositions, including expert depositions, obtaining and maintaining medical and billing records, maintaining high volume calendar and litigation deadlines, deadline and is detail-oriented. A High school diploma or GED is required. Previous law office experience is preferred. Customer service background is preferred. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with Salesforce software or other CRM system is needed. Experience with a variety of office equipment is needed.
