Associate Attorney - Part Time
The candidate with experience in business law and civil litigation is necessary and in employment law and/or estate planning is desirable. The minimum amount of experience to qualify is one year. This individual MUST be extremely organized, professional and self sufficient. This position will include transactional work and litigation. This individual must have excellent client communication with strong research and writing skills. Attorneys are responsible for assigned cases/clients, drafting pleadings, communication with clients and opposing counsel, attending court hearings, and preparation/completion of cases. This is a part time position with a current expectation of approximately 20 hours per week. Should be Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook. Experience using cloud based applications. Strong organizational, writing, proofreading, editing and communication skills.
