Compliance Excellence Director
The candidate will be serving as the key leader for efficient delivery of support functions and driving effective employee engagement on ethics. Also design and provide compliance support to the new Institutional Division using innovation and flexibility to meet the changing needs of a “start-up” division. Other duties include : Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with Institutional Product Division leaders & personnel to design and provide compliance support that meets the evolving needs of a start-up division (30-50%); Identify areas of opportunity for efficiency and synergies across compliance functions; prioritize activity based on impact to organization, reduction of risk, efficiencies and consistencies (25%); Provide strategic guidance and leadership support for team, including a vision for the future of compliance, maturity of a “Living Code” program, awareness programing & ethical engagement for managers and employees (25%); Define and articulate a clear vision for an agile compliance support function; Prioritize activities & resources to find efficiencies, address risk and drive desired behaviors; Own and drive end-to-end design, planning and implementation of needed compliance support for IPD in conjunction with business leaders; Develop relationships with compliance and corporate areas such as finance & HR to identify corporate compliance support for their Horizon 2025 Journey; Provide leadership support to team, including strategic vision and prioritization to achieve goals; Build relationships with management team, department staff and compliance leaders to build function in alignment with other compliance team goals.
