International Docketing Clerk

The candidate will responsible for processing incoming correspondence and instructions within the Docketing Department according to established procedures. Work cohesively with team members and attorneys to ensure efficient support of administrative tasks and superior client service. Review and process all types of docketing correspondence. Scan hard copy correspondence and download correspondence from various sources. Prepare Correspondence Log daily and assign an International Docketing Agent to each item. Update matters in the docketing system as required. Draft Filing Receipt, Publication and Patent Grant letters as instructed by docketing agents. Enter data into the carpe diem billing system as necessary. Review Quality Control requests. Create Outlook Tasks and assign to International Docketing Agents. Track and provide clerk duty statistics to Supervisor. Assist with Patent Proofreading Tasks. Provide coverage for the Docketing Department as requested. Conduct and participate in training as necessary. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor. Previous clerical and data entry experience demanding a high attention to detail is required.
