The Industry Insights Analyst will develop and publish powerful Industry Insights reports that will drive improvements across all lines of our business. Working closely with the Managing Director of Industry Insights & Impact, the Industry Insights Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data shared by our Industry Partners and disseminating these findings across the business. They will also conduct market research to support continued growth of our industry partnerships globally.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Develop and iterate on processes to facilitate the continuous collection of Industry Partner feedback
Collect, analyze and present Industry Insights data in biannual reports, per product
Monitor general industry feedback on an ongoing basis, highlighting positive and negative trends in graduate career preparedness and performance
Conduct market research on employment trends and demands across our product skill areas, to support Directors of Industry Partnerships and other stakeholders
Perform outreach to prospective SMEs and partners
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
2 years of experience in data analysis and labor market research
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
Expert knowledge of Salesforce, including report and dashboard building
Exposure to LinkedIn best practices, including Sales Navigator tool
Ability to translate raw data into a compelling story that can both support and challenge existing products and ideas
Track record of success in delivering engaging, impactful data analysis to stakeholders across a business
History of building reliable operational processes that can be replicated across a team
Strong attention to detail; excellent organizational skills
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
