Duties

• Handle civil litigation matters with a focus on defense work.

• Interact with clients and conduct depositions.
• Make court appearances and develop business skills.

Requirements

• Currently licensed to practice law in Missouri; Kansas license preferred.
• Strong work ethic and proven case management skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Exceptional research and writing abilities.
• Top-notch marketing and client development skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Competent in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Trial experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri.
