RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver timely and impactful employee communications

Identify human resources process improvement initiatives

Support recruitment efforts with a focus on identifying in diverse talent and developing next level

Compile, analyze and report Human Resources metrics

Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws through appropriate program and process management, as well as ad hoc situation analysis and subsequent plans of actions

Conduct timely investigations, prepare documentation and make appropriate recommendations

Maintain strong, productive working relationships with client base

Track and manage the medical leave of absence process (disability, parental leave, FMLA)

Assist employees with general benefits and payroll questions and information-sharing

Process all HR transactions via on-line tools, or via HR Shared Services Center, using Salesforce ticketing system

Compile and analyze report data related to headcount, HR metrics, ad hoc requests, etc.

Qualification:

Accurate maintenance of employee personnel files, electronic data and other employee information in a confidential manner and in compliance with applicable policies, laws and records retention schedule

Maintain relationships with employee base within client groups

Assist in handling employee relations issues

Assist with annual Affirmative Action Planning (AAP) process

Benefits & payroll liaison with centralized functions

Drive continuous improvement in HR processes through ACE/process improvement methodology

Compile, analyze and report Human Resources metrics, respond to ad hoc data analysis requests and provide information in an accurate, timely fashion

Proven ability to deal with conflict and diffuse difficult situations

Strong analytical skills

Demonstrates discretion, able to work with sensitive and confidential materials and possess good business judgment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines (employee relations, benefits, payroll, recruiting, training, compensation)

Knowledge of state and federal employment laws

Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint experience

General knowledge of HRIS applications (BrassRing, Salesforce, ADP)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years' experience of progressive level Human Resources experience

Master's degree with 2 years' experience
