We give our clients the clarity and confidence to make better decisions that protect and grow their businesses. Aon is looking for a Chief of Staff, ABS Global Contact CenterThe Global Contact Center Chief of Staff owns delivery of pivotal initiatives that straddle across the global team, acts as a change agent, presents innovative ideas and delivers effective solutions to sophisticated issuesThe Chief of Staff is the primary owner of the following results: performance reporting, CBA development, financial forecasting, communications and capability narratives, goal setting and productivity planning, leadership and talent development, global colleague engagement including structured communications framework, hiring and travel policy management and deployment, planning and business management responsibilitiesRuns operational aspects of the LT, including setting agendas, organizing LT and XLT meetings, prioritizing site visits, coordinating with Global Contact Center and ABS leaders, and partnering with Finance and HRDevelops cost-benefit analyses (CBA) in order to assess project returns, in partnership with Finance and operations teamsPartners with the LT members individually to strengthen performance and drive impactParticipates in projects related to driving revenue growth or cost reductions (savings)Leading research and special projects and assist in the implementation on programs that have a significant impact on Global Contact CenterPerforms a broad range of managerial activities related to colleagues, clients, markets - sees opportunities for alignment, efficiency and new pivotal initiativesSupervises strategic activities to ensure goals and benchmarks are achievedDrives global collaboration, including supporting prioritization and alignment with objectivesCoordination of live broadcasts, town halls and office visitsLeads the preparation for all client meetings and internal/external speaking engagementPrepares background/slides/backup material for all key meetings and presentations/briefingsDrafts communications to clients/ colleagues/business partners – emails, letters, business proposalsLeads campaigns to drive engagement, inclusion, innovation and connection across different areas.
